Makaway is a Network of businesses, mentors, and advocates networking to educate, train, and motivate individuals who are willing to correct mistakes, willing to learn a trade/skill while servicing the community and preparing for society and the workforce, through a system that facilitates personal accountability, consistency and opportunity to progress.
Our goal is for every individual to increase personal accountability, understand the expectations of the workforce with preparation via on-site training hours, and impact communities in need through volunteer efforts and collaborations with community-based organizations strengthening our society.

Recidivism Reduction Goal
Our goal is to guide the youth and keep them engaged by guiding their progress via the 480 University Program thus reducing the time to create mischief. Idle minds throttle unadvised thoughts, but if we can motivate and guide their process through the program; this will reduce/prevent recidivism and build better individuals.
Cities and taxpayers spend ample amounts of money on arrests and detention of adolescents and young adults. Our goal is to provide individuals with tools for the future through education, training, and personal accountability.
We know everyone won’t benefit from this program but the program is in place for those who want to change and maximize their strengths.
